About the Role

Innovative Concepts is seeking a dedicated Compensation And Benefits Analyst to join our team in Jeddah, Mecca Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-10 years of experience in managing payroll, compensation, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

The Compensation And Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll. This includes managing all compensation updates, payroll adjustments, and reviewing payroll inputs such as allowances, deductions, advances, and incentives. The role also involves managing attendance and leave records, ensuring their seamless integration into the payroll system.

Employee Benefits Administration

A key aspect of this role is the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical insurance. The analyst will also handle end-of-service settlements and final dues, ensuring all calculations and processes are conducted accurately and in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.

Data Management and System Utilization

Maintaining precise employee data is crucial for this position. The Compensation And Benefits Analyst will utilize the MenaITech HRMS System to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and accurate, supporting efficient HR operations and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess between 2 and 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits analysis and payroll processing. A strong understanding of labor regulations and company policies is essential. Proficiency in HRMS systems, specifically MenaITech, is required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the Mecca Region. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of compensation and benefits within Innovative Concepts.
