About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Coordinator for its Beauty, Personal & Baby Care division. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah region. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to support the commercial team in administrative and coordination tasks.

Role Overview

The Commercial Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the commercial team by managing administrative duties, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales, procurement, and contract-related activities. This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activities, meetings, and project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and commercial agreements.
• Monitor order processing, pricing updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and sales data.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Prepare, review, and maintain contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and commercial terms.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document control.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation).
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities.
• Ability to interpret commercial data and provide insights.
• Capacity to identify issues and propose practical solutions.

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
