About the Role

RAWAJ, an investment firm specializing in investment management and Shariah-compliant financing solutions, is seeking a Financial Analysis & Modeling professional to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience who are prepared to contribute to the execution of financing transactions within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to support financing transaction execution through comprehensive financial analysis, model development, and the preparation of essential investment materials. The professional will also assist with transaction structuring and due diligence activities. This position offers a clear opportunity to build a long-term career within the Islamic Capital Markets and structured finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models, cash flow projections, debt schedules, and scenario analyses to support transaction structuring.
• Perform financial analysis, including covenant calculations, ratio analysis, and sponsor performance assessments.
• Conduct financial due diligence, market research, sponsor background investigations, and industry analysis.
• Support transaction structuring by documenting assumptions, preparing analytical reports, and participating in internal structuring discussions.
• Prepare investor presentations, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Support investor roadshows through the preparation of financial analysis, presentation materials, and responses to investor inquiries.
• Monitor transaction performance, prepare periodic reporting, and track financial covenants post-transaction closing.
• Maintain transaction pipelines, deal trackers, document repositories, and version-controlled transaction records.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, template development, and knowledge management within the arranging function.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members, investment professionals, legal advisors, and external stakeholders throughout transaction execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a related field within investment management or structured finance. A strong understanding of financial principles, analytical methodologies, and the ability to construct robust financial models are essential for success in this position.
