About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert At Your Service to join our team. This full-time role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with opportunities across Jeddah and Makkah. Role Purpose and Scope

The Guest Experience Expert takes the initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This role empowers individuals to operate within their designated space, addressing guest needs and operational requirements to ensure every interaction feels like an integral part of the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
