About the Role

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking an Investor Relations Supervisor to join its growing Investment Department. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves working directly under the guidance of the Fund Manager. The primary focus is to manage relationships with capital partners, custodians, and fund participants, ensuring operational excellence across the company's real estate fund portfolio.

Role Context and Purpose

The Investor Relations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining robust relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of real estate funds. This position is central to tracking financial commitments, preparing essential reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, thereby supporting the strategic objectives of the Investment Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regularly with capital partners, monitoring their contractual obligations and financial commitments.
  • Prepare and submit precise monthly and quarterly fund reports to custodians and regulatory bodies within predefined timelines.
  • Follow up on Board of Directors' resolutions, translating decisions into actionable operational measures across internal departments.
  • Support the preparation of comprehensive Board materials, including investor presentations, corporate memoranda, performance reports, and financial analyses, in coordination with the Fund Manager.
  • Contribute to the documentation and structuring files for newly established funds, systematically tracking and driving compliance procedures with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
  • Manage, secure, and archive vital fund documentation, such as development agreements, custody agreements, minutes of meetings, and contractual frameworks.
  • Coordinate with the Financial Analyst and provide internal support across management to ensure data accuracy and a seamless flow of financial and operational information.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze regulatory updates from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) concerning real estate funds, proactively briefing the Fund Manager on relevant impacts.
  • Assist and support screening, filtering, and pre-qualification processes for prospective new fund projects, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Expressions of Interest (EOI).

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund management, or a related financial field.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Investment Department of Alawaly Real Estate. The role requires a presence in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
