About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Marketing Analyst serves as the primary interface between the Sub-Region Gulf (SRG) and the Marketing HUB, responsible for coordinating and localizing regional marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for general support to Sub-Region Gulf markets regarding ET&A products and technical enquiries from Hilti Sales teams.
• Manage the local product portfolio for BA ET&A, including creating and sequencing products in Product Data Publishing (PDP) for HOL presence.
• Handle Special item requests originating from sales teams.
• Produce and maintain required Local Certifications for product sales within the market.
• Collaborate with Logistics and HUB Marketing on the SFI process to assist in minimizing obsolescence.
• Coordinate local wave preparation activities.
• Support the defined product INP introduction stages in conjunction with the HUB Marketing team.
• Participate in the preparation of local sales campaigns and events (HS, HOL, Demo Tool Sell Off) and monitor the competitive landscape in the market.
• Investigate and evaluate customer product complaints, gathering necessary information to coordinate with the HUB PLS team for complaint system entry and escalation as required.
• Provide support to the Regional Training team with hands-on sessions during GTP for new joiners in the MO.
