The Opportunity

Bare Beauty is seeking an experienced Medical Director Consultant Dermatologist to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership role is designed for a Saudi National consultant who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient safety, and contributing to the development of a premium dermatology and aesthetic practice. The Medical Director will be instrumental in guiding the clinic's medical services and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic's medical services and clinical governance frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), and the Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
• Supervise and mentor the medical team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the recruitment and development of high-caliber medical professionals.
• Support the strategic growth and expansion of Bare Beauty Clinic.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a strong background in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. This role requires a professional with significant experience in a clinical leadership capacity, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Holds an active SCFHS registration as a Consultant Dermatologist.
• Possesses over 10 years of experience in dermatology, laser treatments, and aesthetic medicine.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, essential for team supervision and strategic development.
