About Musanadah Facilities Management

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Rental Agent to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is integral to our operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service within our rental division.

The Role of a Rental Agent

The primary objective of the Rental Agent is to ensure an optimal rental experience for all customers. This involves maximizing sales opportunities and upholding high service standards throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to vehicle return.

Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and address any concerns regarding their reservations or rental vehicles.
  • Guide customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs, considering factors such as price and size.
  • Inform customers clearly about any pre-existing damage on the vehicle before the rental agreement is finalized.
  • Prepare comprehensive rental agreements, providing advice on available vehicles and optional extras, and actively upselling according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed of all contract details, rental policies, and procedures.

Operational and Financial Responsibilities

  • Process payments efficiently using the company system, including credit card transactions.
  • Manage the balance of daily transactions and prepare bank deposits accurately.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and the number of customers renting vehicles.
  • Open and close rental agreements within the system, ensuring strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Collect rental charges from customers using various payment methods, including cash, POS, and bank transfers.
  • Deposit all cash collected from customers into the company’s bank account on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and submit End of Duty reports, such as Daily Collection Reports, POS machine reconciliations, and Vehicle Status Reports.

Vehicle and Fleet Management

  • Actively manage vehicle maintenance schedules and inventory.
  • Oversee the work of drivers, ensuring thorough checks of vehicle components such as tires, accessories, and mileage.
  • Process complaints promptly if any damage is identified during vehicle checks.
  • Update the inventory system to reflect vehicles currently in use or undergoing maintenance.
  • Ensure drivers clean vehicles and refuel them in preparation for the next client.
