About SETRA and the Role

SETRA Saudi Electronic Trading & Contracting Company is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth for Low Current Systems, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solutions. The role involves developing business opportunities and delivering tailored technical solutions to clients.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive manages client relationships, prepares comprehensive proposals, and provides essential pre-sales support. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from conception to completion. A primary responsibility is to achieve assigned sales targets while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for low current systems, including ELV and ICT solutions across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and developers to establish the company as a trusted solutions partner.
  • Analyze client requirements, project specifications, and tender documents to propose compliant and cost-effective low current system solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals, including system delivery plans.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate system design, pricing, and project handover.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, assisting with submittals, approvals, and client technical clarifications during the bidding stage.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records in line with company reporting requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the low current systems domain.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, Saudi standards, and project specifications related to ELV and low current systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales within technology, engineering, or system integration.
  • Strong sales engineering and technical support capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of low current systems, including ELV and ICT solutions.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.

Work Location and Travel

This role requires the ability to work on-site in Jeddah and includes travel as needed to cover the Makkah region.
