About the Opportunity

Ultra Point Establishment is seeking a qualified and experienced Middle School Science / Biology Teacher to join a well-established private international school in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a professional dedicated to fostering scientific inquiry and student development.

The Science / Biology Teacher Role

The Science / Biology Teacher is responsible for delivering comprehensive science education to middle school students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula, assessing student progress, and maintaining a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Design lesson plans and prepare necessary teaching materials.
Conduct laboratory activities that promote scientific inquiry and critical thinking among students.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate academic records.
Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
Participate actively in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary activities and school-wide initiatives.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment and support students’ academic and personal development.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
Possession of a Professional License for Teachers.
Demonstrated experience teaching Middle School Science and Biology.
Experience teaching the American Curriculum, International Baccalaureate (IB), and/or Advanced Placement (AP) is preferred.
