About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead and manage culinary operations in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring exceptional food quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all HVC culinary activities.

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of culinary operations, from menu development to the implementation of service standards. This role requires a focus on culinary creativity, efficiency optimization, and maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute culinary strategies for catering and restaurant services.
• Lead menu innovation initiatives to align with current industry trends.
• Drive continuous improvements in food quality and service delivery standards.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage inventory, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.
• Provide comprehensive training and development for culinary chefs and managers.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new menu items across all outlets.
• Analyze customer feedback and conduct market research to inform culinary decisions.
• Coordinate culinary activities effectively across various food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between kitchen staff and the front-of-house team to enhance the dining experience.

Internal and External Interactions

This position involves significant collaboration with various stakeholders. The Senior Executive Chef will work closely with the Operations Director on strategic culinary initiatives, operational standards, and financial performance. Coordination with the Head Chef will focus on menu development, culinary execution, and daily kitchen operations. Alignment with the Front-of-House Manager is crucial to ensure culinary offerings meet service and guest experience standards. External interactions include managing relationships with suppliers and vendors for sourcing, inventory controls, and cost optimization, as well as engaging with customers for quality assurance and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex HVC culinary operations. This includes a strong background in menu development, maintaining high standards of food quality, and optimizing operational efficiency within a dynamic environment.
