Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is focused on contributing to the effective management and delivery of engineering-related projects within our operations.

The Systems Engineer Role

The Systems Engineer performs conventional, less complex project engineering assignments. This role is integral to ensuring the effective and efficient management and delivery of engineering-related projects, working closely with project/program management and various technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set operational objectives and deliver results that directly impact the achievement of outcomes within the job area.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Regularly correct or resolve issues and problems in existing systems and processes, implementing minor changes as needed.
• Adapt or enhance the quality or value of existing methods as part of day-to-day activities.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is suggested.

Role Dynamics and Scope

This position operates as an individual contributor, without direct responsibility for leading others. The role involves applying knowledge within a narrow, domestic scope, typically limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
