Join our team as a Customs Clearance Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient clearance of imported and exported shipments. At مؤسسة رائد الغامدي للنقليات, we take pride in our logistics services and are looking for a knowledgeable candidate who can navigate customs regulations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

- Customs Clearance Procedures: Execute customs clearance procedures for both imported and exported shipments efficiently.
- Document Review: Verify the accuracy of various documents, including commercial invoices and shipping bills, ensuring compliance with actual goods.
- Coordination with Government Authorities: Work closely with tax and customs authorities to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track the status of shipments until they are cleared.
- Customs Duties Accounting: Estimate and inform clients about customs duties and taxes.
- Coordination with Transport and Logistics: Ensure seamless delivery of shipments post-clearance.
- Report Preparation: Prepare reports on cleared shipments and paid duties, as well as pending transactions.
- 3+ years of experience in customs clearance or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
- Mid-career level.
