About the Role

Maarejj Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for its real estate projects. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on building a strong brand presence and supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects, including managing project launch campaigns.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns (social media, paid ads, billboards).
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate and convert leads.
• Manage the company's visual identity and marketing content (brochures, videos, websites).
• Monitor the real estate market and analyze competitors to identify opportunities.
• Prepare marketing budgets, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Organize exhibitions, events, and partnerships with brokers and relevant entities.
• Lead the marketing team and oversee external agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in real estate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and its regulations, including the Real Estate General Authority and accredited real estate advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
