Alwedad Charity for Orphan Care is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to join its team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with partners to support the organization's mission.

Role Overview

The Partner Relations Manager will be responsible for the daily management of partner relationships, ensuring their needs are met and agreements are effectively implemented. This role involves close coordination with relevant departments and continuous monitoring of joint initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with partners and monitor their needs.
• Oversee the implementation of agreements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Monitor joint initiatives and projects, and prepare periodic reports.
• Document and update partner data and communication records.
• Monitor partner satisfaction and address any feedback or challenges.
• Organize meetings and events, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Track operational performance indicators and propose opportunities for improvement and development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management, partner services, or institutional coordination.
• Previous experience in partnerships within the non-profit sector.

Required Skills

• High-level communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to follow up, coordinate, and manage priorities effectively.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
