  • Recruit, train, and develop an enthusiastic sales team, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to surpass revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve optimal results.

Job Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.
  • CPSM – Certified Professional Sales Manager certification is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing KPIs, sales targets, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand representation.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Previous experience in shopping malls is an important advantage.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
