Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor!
In the vibrant city of Jeddah, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance and contribute to the growth of COTY’s business across retail and duty-paid stores in the Central Region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Commercial Management: Increase the sell-out performance of COTY brands by executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Team & People Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring their productivity and performance are maximized.
• Communication & Analytics: Regularly report on field activities, analyze performance metrics, and maintain clear communication.

Who You Are:

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understand the Saudi retail landscape, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
