Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guests’ inquiries courteously and efficiently, and report any complaints to supervisors for immediate resolution.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience by adhering to the outlet’s sequence of service.
- Assist guests by providing detailed information about menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Prepare dining tables, setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware, and escort guests to their tables.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Higher Secondary School certificate.
- Previous experience as a Waiter, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Ability to adapt and appreciate cultural diversity.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
