About the Role: Feed Officer (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Feed Officer (Farming) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves supervising feed plant operations to ensure production targets are met according to established Standard Operating Procedures and company ingredient specifications. The Feed Officer will also be responsible for controlling and motivating personnel to adhere to defined Safety and Quality Standards within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise feed plant operators and laborers to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure that production targets are achieved in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Verify adherence to company ingredient specifications during production.
• Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined Safety Standards.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a feed milling or flour milling plant.
• Adequate experience in the operation of plant machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of boilers, generators, compressors, and other feed mill/flour milling equipment.
