About the Role: Feed Officer (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Feed Officer (Farming) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves supervising feed plant operations to ensure production targets are met according to established standards. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise feed plant operators and laborers.
• Ensure the achievement of production targets based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Verify adherence to company ingredient specifications during production.
• Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined Safety Standards.
• Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined Quality Standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience and a maximum of 10 years in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and personnel effectively.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and quality control in feed production.

Work Environment

This role is based in Hail and is a full-time position within Almarai's farming operations. The Feed Officer will work within a structured environment focused on maintaining high standards of production, safety, and quality.
