The Role: Regional Quality Coordinator (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator (Poultry) to join its team in Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to maintaining robust quality systems within the regions, specifically overseeing the quality aspects of receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering poultry products. The role is instrumental in ensuring that consumer and customer needs are consistently met through adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Quality Coordinator will be responsible for a range of activities designed to uphold and improve quality standards across regional operations. These responsibilities include:

• Implementing established quality procedures.
• Providing quality-related training to relevant personnel.
• Conducting regular quality audits.
• Preparing and reviewing quality reports.
• Recommending and following up on corrective actions.
• Updating procedures and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) forms.
• Performing continuous improvement analysis to enhance quality processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field. Experience within the food and beverage sector, particularly with exposure to poultry operations and quality system management, is preferred.
