About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ushairat Sudair for an IML Production Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain product quality standards. This role includes coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance for operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Production Planning and Production Schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of manufacturing goals.
  • Proficiency in Production Management to oversee end-to-end production processes with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, other departments, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IML packaging and previous experience in the plastic manufacturing industry are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to meet operational challenges successfully.

  • Plan shift-wise manpower allocation and maintain attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO practices and verify supplier invoices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SMACC.
  • Strong skills in production scheduling and inventory management.
