About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ushairat Sudair for an IML Production Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain product quality standards. This role includes coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of Production Planning and Production Schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of manufacturing goals.
• Proficiency in Production Management to oversee end-to-end production processes with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, other departments, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IML packaging and previous experience in the plastic manufacturing industry are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to meet operational challenges successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team & Production Management: Lead and supervise the daily operations of the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manpower Planning: Plan and allocate adequate manpower for production, buildup, and dismantling activities.
• Supplier Support: Ensure suppliers meet project-specific and company standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Schedule Adherence & Coordination: Coordinate effectively with other departments to streamline project execution.
• Production Standards Compliance: Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures and use proper equipment.
• Problem Solving: Apply strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues.
• Training Development: Identify skill gaps and support the training needs of the team.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve fabrication processes.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations in all areas.

Qualifications:
- 8 years and above experience as a Senior Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Education: Minimum of +2.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools and machinery used in carpentry, Basic computer knowledge, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
