Tamheer Opportunity | FLM Intern (Production) – Riyadh

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in production planning per shift and ensuring schedule attainment
• Supervising operators and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
• Supporting training and coaching sessions for operators and packers
• Contributing to line efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring line material efficiency, waste (grams give-away), and performance KPIs
• Supporting quality compliance and ensuring production of high-quality finished goods
• Assisting in machine condition checks and maintenance follow-ups
• Ensuring GMP standards, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Supporting SAP/Colos systems utilization and reporting
• Participating in EHS and OH&S programs to ensure a safe work environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, and production environments
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations

Eligibility Requirement:
This opportunity is under the Tamheer Program, so applicants must be eligible for Tamheer.

Program Duration:
6-month structured training program with on-the-job learning and development.

Join Electra as a Production Supervisor
At Electra, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us become the go-to partner for local and international events in the GCC. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing workers and production activities to maintain high-quality standards and ensure efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team & Production Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery of production tasks.
• Manpower Planning: Plan and allocate manpower for various production activities.
• Supplier Support: Ensure suppliers meet project standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Schedule Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to production schedules.
• Compliance: Monitor adherence to health and safety standards.
• Training Development: Identify training needs and support team development.
• Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Educational qualification of +2 or above.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of carpentry tools and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.
