Job Responsibilities

Manage and follow up all HR procedures and employee affairs.

Implement recruitment, selection, and job qualification processes.

Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, employee files, vacations, attendance, and departure.

Handle government platforms related to HR and recruitment.

Prepare periodic reports and performance indicators related to HR.

Contribute to the development of the company's internal policies and procedures.

Coordinate with various departments regarding administrative and HR requirements.

Leverage AI tools and techniques to improve the efficiency of administrative processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Conditions

The applicant must be a person with disabilities (people of determination).

Holder of a bachelor's degree in English.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.

Complete familiarity with HR procedures and systems.

Experience or practical knowledge of related government platforms, such as:

Qiwa

Social Insurance

Muddad

Muqeem

And other related systems and platforms.

Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Proficiency in using AI tools and programs in the workplace.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
