We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional support for our IT systems in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
The IT Support and Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

• Installing and configuring computers, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Monitoring network systems and maintaining computer systems.
• Responding timely to technical support issues and requests.
• Providing technical support in person or remotely.
• Setting up accounts for new users and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Testing new technologies and software systems.
• Training junior staff and providing procedural documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and troubleshooting abilities.
