About the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Role

Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join an expanding Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance organization. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in aviation engineering and maintenance.

Role Overview and Specializations

This role involves providing comprehensive engineering support to ensure aircraft safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The organization is looking for specialists across various technical disciplines within aviation engineering and maintenance. We are hiring professionals with expertise in areas such as Continuing Airworthiness, Technical Services, Aircraft Engineering, Reliability, Configuration Management, and Aircraft Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to ensure aircraft safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and evaluate Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and other technical documentation.
• Investigate technical issues and develop engineering solutions.
• Perform engineering analysis to improve aircraft reliability and operational performance.
• Support aircraft maintenance, modifications, repairs, and major maintenance activities.
• Develop engineering instructions, technical reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GACA, EASA, FAA, and OEM requirements.
• Support aircraft induction, lease transition, redelivery, and fleet introduction projects where applicable.
• Liaise with OEMs, MROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in reliability reviews, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering projects that improve fleet performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of aircraft engineering, technical services, or continuing airworthiness experience.
• Experience within airlines, MROs, OEMs, or CAMO organizations.
• A strong understanding of aircraft systems and aviation regulations.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Systems, Powerplant Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Configuration Management, Cabin/IFE Engineering, or Technical Services.
• Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO, Part-145, Part-M, or equivalent regulations.
• Experience using engineering/MRO systems such as AMOS, TRAX, RAMCO, OASES, CAMP, or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
