About the Role

CEER is seeking an Assistant Manager for Plant Supply Chain Logistics to oversee vehicle yard operations. This full-time position is based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient flow of vehicles to support outbound shipments, driving shipping execution, inventory accuracy, and operational performance in alignment with sales and logistics targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle yard operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments.
• Lead shipping teams and manage daily execution to meet sales demand and production constraints.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, quality, and inventory accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, leading safety inspections and incident prevention efforts.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Quality, Assembly, and Logistics, to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage shipment planning processes, maintain system accuracy (SAP/WMS), and oversee reporting activities.
• Support special operations, pilot programs, and ongoing process optimization efforts.
• Coach team members to ensure effective shift handovers and clear communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in vehicle yard operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or MES systems is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah. The role involves leading teams and collaborating with various departments to achieve operational excellence within the plant's supply chain logistics.
