Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Modernization Supervisor to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to managing and executing modernization projects within the region, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and efficiency.

Role Overview

The Modernization Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of modernization projects from their initiation to completion. This involves ensuring that all project phases are completed efficiently, within established budgets, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires effective coordination across various teams, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are consistently met.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Raise local material requisitions as required for project needs.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure all modernization activities strictly adhere to established quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Offer training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Modernization Supervisor position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management or supervision, preferably within the elevator industry or a related field involving complex technical projects.

Work Environment and Travel

This role primarily involves working in on-site environments. Regular travel to various project sites within the Jiddah and Makkah regions will be a consistent requirement to oversee operations and ensure project milestones are met.
