Role Overview

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is central to driving sales performance and expanding market presence for SAMI ALKATHIRI TRADING's product portfolio. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic sales initiatives and operational oversight to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the existing customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Oversee sales representatives to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product availability, pricing, promotional activities, and customer service standards.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
• Conduct client visits as required.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events or meetings.

Work Location
