The Role of Sales Specialist

ReemCo is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and actively promoting ReemCo’s extensive range of facility management and support services across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for ReemCo’s services.
  • Follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and develop reliable sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  • Support internal sales training initiatives as required.
  • Participate in industry events or client visits to represent ReemCo and foster relationships.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for business development and client relationship management. Success in this role requires effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to prepare comprehensive proposals and manage sales pipelines is crucial.
