About the Role

Snood Hotels Company is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in internal review and financial oversight.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Internal Audit Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing the company's internal review objectives and plans. This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity of company operations, the safeguarding of assets, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of main objectives for internal review.
• Prepare follow-up plans to ensure diligent completion of employee job functions.
• Ensure employee commitment to the company system, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the effectiveness and integrity of company assets, protecting them from theft or loss.
• Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring good performance and effectiveness of their results.
• Ensure the existence of appropriate controls and measures to manage company assets and holdings, preventing fraud, loss, or tampering.
• Direct senior management on matters related to the effective course and outcomes of internal reviews.
• Follow up on periodic internal review results to determine the extent of employee job compliance with the system and policies.
• Build effective working relationships with external auditors, providing necessary support to facilitate their work and the effectiveness of periodic reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role is integral to the operations of Snood Hotels Company within the region.
