Position Objective:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, products, and services in-store. This role involves training and coaching the store team on visual presentation tasks while managing daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Image: Ensure consistent adherence to brand identity and presentation standards in store windows and inside the store by creating eye-catching displays that also incorporate commercial opportunities.
• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact, arranging merchandise, signage, fixtures, and store layouts.
• Document changes in merchandise displays through photography.
• Utilize creative lighting in window displays and maximize placement of new merchandise.
• Assist in creating store layouts based on product categories and ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Collect and review feedback on merchandise displays.
• Collaborate closely with operations and brand management teams to drive sales.
• Work with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in the pre-opening of stores and conduct timely visits to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyles.
