- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Improve debt collection processes, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of financial activity.
- Ensure customers pay on time and pursue any overdue invoices.
- Be hard-working, confident, and a self-starter.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, retention, and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
