Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding for new colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Assist in benefits administration.
- Coordinate HR training and development programs.
- Support resolution of employee relations issues.
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis.
- Assist in organizing HR events.
- Collaborate with HR team and other departments.
