Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute maintenance schedules for ovens, conveyors, robots, and ventilation units. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production disruption.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions, assisting during emergency breakdowns.
• Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Assist with the installation and testing of new equipment, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on maintenance activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure maintenance activities meet safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production and automation teams to ensure seamless paint shop operations.

Key Equipment Handled: Conveyor systems, paint circulation systems, curing ovens, spray booths, robotic systems, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of maintenance engineering experience, preferably in an automotive paint shop.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and familiarity with TPM, CMMS tools.
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
