Position Overview:
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing automated systems and equipment within the General Assembly line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues promptly.
• Program and modify PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Support commissioning and installation of new equipment.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and technical support to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation systems.

Skills:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with Robotics (ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
• Familiarity with SCADA/HMI systems and automation networks.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive automation maintenance.
• Knowledge of TPM and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Role Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of mechanical systems within our Body in White (BIW) lines. This includes performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and address mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures aligned with OEM standards.
• Ensure the consistent performance of BIW jigs and fixtures.
• Collaborate closely with the dimensional engineer for calibration plans.
• Monitor performance, document maintenance activities, and recommend enhancements.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train maintenance staff on best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in automotive, particularly BIW.
• Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
