Role Overview
The Manager of Corporate Finance will be crucial for managing substantial debt financing processes and structures across NEOM. This role involves collaboration with the Corporate Finance team to assess financing readiness and execution of various debt financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare lender materials including information memorandums and financial models.
  • Support deal teams in finalizing legal documentation.
  • Assess debt financing structures across projects and regions.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant area with a CFA certification.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and presentation materials.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder communications effectively.

The Fleet & Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the Port of Neom fleet, ensuring reliability and service levels while adhering to safety and environmental standards. This pivotal role involves assisting in developing strategies for fleet acquisition and technical management, contributing to our ambitious decarbonization target of net zero emissions by 2030. Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee the fleet management strategy, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain and certify all Port of Neom vessels to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop and monitor the technical budget related to maintenance and dry dockings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, service, and upgrades with service providers.
  • Ensure effective use of planned maintenance systems for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct surveys, inspections, and certifications in compliance with classification requirements.
  • Develop a newbuilding strategy aligning with operational needs and net zero targets.
  • Coaching and developing marine services crews to promote safety.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related marine industry.
  • Formal qualifications as a Marine Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or Mechanical Engineer.
  • Experience in fleet management at a cluster or global level.
  • Knowledge of decarbonization initiatives in marine industries.
  • Strong project management skills and a self-starter attitude.
