ACCEPTANCE ENGINEER

About the Role

TIBBIYAH is seeking an Acceptance Engineer to join their team in Medina. This full-time role is central to project delivery, focusing on ensuring the successful acceptance of projects from their initial order creation through to customer handover and transition to the Customer Support Department.

Role Overview

The Acceptance Engineer will manage the end-to-end project acceptance process, acting as a key coordinator between various internal and external stakeholders. This position is critical for maintaining project timelines and ensuring compliance with delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Operations Teams for project order creation.
• Manage project orders from creation through to handover, engaging with all relevant stakeholders and departments.
• Organize and facilitate project handover meetings, ensuring outcomes are communicated to all concerned parties.
• Follow up with stakeholders to prepare and publish weekly delivery reports.
• Track equipment and materials prior to shipping, verifying their compliance with project requirements.

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The role requires active coordination and collaboration across multiple departments to achieve project acceptance goals.
