About the Role

CEER is seeking an Associate Technician for After Sales PDI. This full-time role is responsible for conducting thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) according to OEM standards, performing diagnostic services, routine maintenance, and repair services. The position contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER’s standards. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components, using industry-standard diagnostic tools and software.
  • Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) in line with OEM guidelines to confirm each vehicle meets all quality, safety, and operational standards before customer handover.
  • Identify and resolve any transit damage, required software updates, campaign actions, or factory-related issues, and document all findings before releasing the vehicle to the Sales team.
  • Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake, tire, and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs.
  • Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates.
  • Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used, and labor time.
  • Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and comply with company, environmental, and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
  • Proficiency in performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  • Familiarity with OEM guidelines and quality standards.
  • Ability to use industry-standard diagnostic tools and software.
