Qaswarah Holding is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its operations in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and innovation within the company's diverse portfolio.

The Role of Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of Qaswarah Holding's operations. This role involves driving the company's vision, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve the company's long-term objectives and expand its market presence in Medina and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the company's strategic vision and growth and expansion plans in coordination with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee the operational performance of gaming halls and branches, ensuring the quality of the experience provided.
• Lead the development of the business model and identify new revenue streams.
• Monitor the company's financial performance, set estimated budgets, and track key financial indicators (KPIs) in coordination with the finance department.
• Lead and develop the management team, fostering a motivating and productive work culture.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of the company's digital products and services.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with relevant entities within the e-sports sector.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and bylaws, and apply approved governance standards across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Not less than 7 years of experience in senior management positions, including previous experience as a CEO, Deputy CEO, or General Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in the entertainment, e-sports, or retail sector.
• Proven track record in leading growth and expansion phases for an organization.
• Experience working within a holding group structure or reporting directly to a Board of Directors or Investors.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic environment, leading a dedicated management team and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
