About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking an Engineer Facility (Tamheer Program) for an internship opportunity in Medina. This role offers practical exposure to facility management within a large-scale urban development environment, focusing on supporting operational strategy implementation and design review processes.

Role Overview

The Engineer Facility will support the Facility Management function by assisting in FM design review, city planning, and operational strategy implementation initiatives. The trainee will help coordinate related activities, prepare digital dashboards, and track the implementation of the operations strategy. This position provides hands-on experience in data analysis, design review support, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing digital dashboards and progress reports to track city operations strategy implementation and operational readiness activities.
• Support project lifecycle activities, including scope execution and closeout.
• Aid in the FM Design Review process by organizing comments, maintaining trackers, and coordinating with design and development teams.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational and project data from various teams to support reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain action trackers, issue logs, and progress monitoring tools related to operational readiness and strategy implementation.
• Facilitate coordination between FM and development teams to follow up on operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and summary reports for internal meetings and management updates.
• Support documentation and record-keeping related to design inputs, operational planning, and strategy implementation activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge in Data Analytics / Information Systems.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• No prior experience required.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.

This is an internship position based in Medina. The role is part of the Tamheer Program, designed to provide foundational experience in facility management and urban development support.
