About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join the team at Le Méridien in Medina. This full-time role is centered on creating memorable and unique guest experiences, with food and beverages forming a key part of that service. The F&B Service Expert is expected to be proactive in delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set and prepare tables for guest service.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Process transactions seamlessly as part of the overall guest experience.
Contribute to a safe working environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold established quality standards for service and presentation.
Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including being on your feet and moving around for extended periods. Specific physical demands include:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations.
Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
Managing menus, which involves reading and visually verifying information.
Performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Executing other reasonable job duties as requested.
