About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is central to creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service to encompass comprehensive customer interaction.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional service that enhances the guest's dining experience. This involves proactive engagement and offering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requirements.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Tasks involve moving on various surfaces, managing menus (reading and visual checks), and handling objects. This includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance and 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The position also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. All assigned tasks must be performed accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.
