About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring high standards of guest experience and operational excellence within our hotel environment.

Role Purpose

The Housekeeping Manager oversees all daily housekeeping operations, playing a critical role in delivering memorable guest experiences through meticulous attention to cleanliness, service, and product quality. The position involves strategic management and team leadership to uphold Hilton's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly concerning the proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping management, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive operations within a hospitality setting. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
