About the Role

Shift4 is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to oversee daily airport operations in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring an outstanding traveler experience while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and high service quality. The agent will manage validation operations, coordinate with various authorities, and support frontline teams to drive continuous improvements in customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality traveler experience for all passengers.
  • Supervise and support airport refund and validation teams, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure continuous operational coverage at all times.

Operational Management and Compliance

  • Coordinate effectively with airport and customs authorities to foster strong working relationships and achieve key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor overall operational performance, proactively identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, established procedures, and quality standards.
  • Implement measures to prevent refund errors, mitigate operational risks, and deter fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure that all kiosks, equipment, and airport facilities are fully operational and properly maintained.
  • Promote and uphold company branding standards, including adherence to signage and uniform compliance.

Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Quality Assurance, and Accounting departments.
  • Support various initiatives aimed at improving payment mix, refining customer service processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promptly report any identified operational risks or challenges.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in airport operations, customer service management, or a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Al Madinah (Medina), Saudi Arabia.
