About Jobgether and the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Product Designer (chatbot) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is centered on designing a sophisticated Web SaaS CRM platform, which supports diverse business environments and operational needs. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in product design.

Role Overview

This role is suitable for a product-minded designer who thrives in discovery phases and enjoys solving complex problems. The Product Designer will be responsible for transforming ambiguity into scalable user experiences within a fast-paced environment, influencing both product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, validation, prototyping, and final delivery.
Design scalable user experiences for a complex Web SaaS CRM platform, including dashboards, administration panels, workflow management, configuration interfaces, role-based permissions, and multi-step user journeys.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, reusable product patterns that support multiple organizations, industries, and operational scenarios.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate product decisions.
Develop hypotheses, build interactive prototypes, analyze product analytics, and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Contribute to and expand the design system by creating scalable components and maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
Provide design documentation and implementation support, ensuring design quality throughout development while exploring AI-powered tools and modern prototyping techniques to enhance workflows.

Collaboration and Impact

The Product Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and QA, to shape product direction and challenge assumptions. This collaboration aims to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, creating flexible design solutions that extend beyond individual use cases and serve multiple industries and user roles.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in product design, with a demonstrated ability to lead design processes from discovery to delivery. Experience in designing scalable user experiences for complex Web SaaS platforms and contributing to design systems is essential for this role.
