ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in the banking industry. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Product Specialist will manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions. This includes areas such as AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions. The role serves as a liaison between vendors, partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support teams, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, tracking roadmaps and updates.
• Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
• Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), training, and technical support.
• Support Presales and technical teams regarding product compatibility and integration.
• Assist with product testing, POCs, and validation.
• Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.
• Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
• Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new products, partnerships, and opportunities for product improvement.

Required Experience
