About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a Specialist Operations Excellence to join the Tamheer Program in Medina. This internship role focuses on supporting the Operations Excellence function by contributing to financial performance tracking, audit observation management, data analysis, and reporting for operations sector activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking financial performance and audit observations for operations sector activities.
• Support data analysis and reporting related to operations sector initiatives.
• Contribute to driving process optimization and improvement initiatives in collaboration with service providers.
• Facilitate training sessions and monitor service provider progress in implementing operational improvements.
• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjusting strategies as required.
• Support the monitoring of performance metrics, resource utilization, and ROI to ensure operational strategies deliver measurable value.
• Help monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and contribute to corrective actions where gaps are identified.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge in Data Analytics / Information Systems.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• No prior experience is required.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
