Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid SCFHS license as Specialist.
• Additional certifications such as clinical social work or equivalent; specialty certifications in geriatrics, dementia care, palliative/hospice social work; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing counseling and support to residents and families, including crisis intervention as needed.
• Lead or co-facilitate family meetings and care conferences in collaboration with the care team.
• Conduct advance care planning conversations and document living wills, and durable power of attorney for health care decisions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care planning and ensure alignment of social work goals with medical/rehab goals.
• Assess and address social determinants of health affecting care, including housing, finances, transportation, and caregiver burden.
• Facilitate safe and timely discharge planning, including referrals to home health, SNFs, or community programs.
• Link residents and families to community resources and financial assistance programs.
• Provide education to residents and families about disease processes, treatment options, and available services.
• Maintain accurate, legible documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Monitor and address risk factors (*, elder abuse, exploitation, safety concerns) and report per policy.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and accreditation processes; collect and report data on social work outcomes.
• Support staff education on psychosocial aspects of care and cultural competence.
• Maintain professional licensure, participate in supervision, and pursue ongoing professional development.

About the Job:
Responsible for preparing financial reports, studying and analyzing data to provide clear insights into financial performance, financial position, liquidity, and cash flows. The role also includes preparing budgets and various reports that support sound financial decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all general accounting operations.
• Track and record all financial transactions and update purchase and sales records.
• Maintain backup copies of financial records.
• Participate in preparing budgets, income statements, profit and loss reports, revenues and expenses reports, and all other financial reports.
• Maintain the confidentiality of financial data.
• Enter accounting data and financial files into computer systems.
• Archive and organize financial transactions for easy and quick access.
• Accurately apply the approved accounting system and ensure proper documentation flow.
• Prepare asset and capital entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information accurately.
• Maintain accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
• Supervise taxes and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Adhere to administrative laws and regulations in force.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes.
• Strong skills in using Foodics Accounting System, Microsoft Office, and other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of tax systems and accounting regulations in Saudi Arabia.
